In 2023 completed the first LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) import business at the Singapore port honored as the "Annual Clean Energy Innovation Case" by industry media and selected as a typical practice case in the *Global Energy Development Report*.  

In 2024 successfully launched the first cross-regional natural gas transportation business awarded the title of "Pioneer Cooperative Unit for Market-Oriented Operation" by the National Pipe Network and became one of the demonstration projects for oil and gas system reform.  

Pilot Demonstration of Free Trade Port Policies  

In 2023 recognized by the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce as a key energy trading enterprise in the Hainan Free Trade Port listed in the *Hainan Free Trade Port Encouraged Industrial Catalog* and entitled to tax incentives in the free trade port.  

 In 2024 awarded the Annual Best Trader by Hainan International Energy Trading Center for its innovative LNG entrepot trade model with transaction volume ranking among the top three on the platform.

Strategic Partnerships with Multinational Enterprises  

Signed a long-term LNG procurement agreement with QatarEnergy awarded the "Annual Best International Partner" (2023) with an annual supply exceeding 2 million tons to ensure stable domestic clean energy supply.  

Established a joint crude oil procurement mechanism with international giants such as Shell and BP Energy. In 2024 the joint procurement volume of Middle Eastern crude oil exceeded 5 million tons winning the "Global Energy Supply Chain Excellence Award".  

Certifications of Cross-Border Trade Influence  

In 2023 evaluated by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation as a "China Energy Trade Internationalization Demonstration Enterprise" marking its leading position in cross-border resource integration and compliant operations.  

In 2024 listed in the *Energy Wealth* (Chinese edition) "Top 50 High-Growth Enterprises in China's Energy Industry" becoming the only Hainan Free Trade Port energy trading enterprise on the list.  

III. Policy Support and Social Responsibility Honors  

Contributions to the Clean Energy Island Initiative  

In 2023 participated in key projects of the *Hainan Energy Comprehensive Reform Plan* awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Unit for Clean Energy Island Construction" by Hainan Province with LNG operations reducing CO₂ emissions by over 200,000 tons annually.  

In 2024 the "LNG Rural  Project" was included in the national "14th Five-Year Plan" key energy security projects praised by relevant authorities.  

Awards for Digitalization and Supply Chain Management  

The independently developed "Energy Supply Chain Intelligent Monitoring System" won the "Smart Logistics Innovation Application Award" from the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (2023) achieving a 40% efficiency improvement in full-process visual management.  

In 2024 the innovative "Pipeline Connectivity" solution was recognized by energy authorities as a "Digital Innovation Case for Oil and Gas System Reform" and included in the industry standard-setting reference case library.

Recognition of Professional Operational Capability  

The core management team was named "Outstanding Asia-Pacific Energy Trade Team" by *Oil & Gas Journal* (2023) with members accumulating over 20 years of industry experience.  

The company obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification (2023) and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification (2024) becoming one of the first private energy trading enterprises to achieve dual certification.
